Product Operation and Notice:

1. Clean and dry the skin, shave if necessary, where Plate will be applied.
2. Open the package and put out the Plate, Peel off the sticker paper.
3. Apply the Plate smoothly pressing from one end to the other. There should be no trapped air between skin and the Plate.
4. Apply the Plate over well vascularized area.
5. Apply the Plate before surgical drapes.
6. Unlock the connector of cable and properly insert the connecting area of the Plate and lock the connector.
7. Please use the Plate with in 24-hours after opening the package. After removal of sticker paper, the Plate shauld be applied to the skin as soon as possible.
8. If higher than normal power setting are required, check once more cables and connection.
9. lf patient is repositioned, check Plate contact and cable connection
10. Place ECG electrodes as far as possible and equidistance from the surgery area
11. When removing the Plate, lift off slowly to avoid excessive skin trauma.
12. Do not apply the Plate over bonny prominences, cicatrices or metal prosthesis.
13. DO NOT REUSE THE PLATE
14. Do not relocate plate after initial application.
15. Never cut the Plate.
16. Prevent liquids from pooling over the plate area.
